About Doodle Chain
Doodle Chain is a surprise build-it-together drawing game. The game secretly picks a scene — a school, a beach, a city street, a farm, outer space — and each player is given a different part of it to draw in a suggested spot: the building, the playground, the road, the car park. But nobody is told what the whole thing is. Players take turns, one at a time, with 20 seconds each to add their part to the same shared canvas — blind to the others, so no one knows how it'll come together. With four or fewer players everyone draws twice, so the scene still fills right out. The one exception is the finisher, who draws last: they're let in on the scene so they can add the main piece and tie it all together. Then the TV reveals the complete scene — everyone's parts assembled into one picture — with confetti and a fanfare. Watching it combine into something nobody saw coming is the whole point.
How to play
- Open Doodle Chain on the TV and join by code (3 to 8 players).
- On your turn you're secretly told just your own part — draw it in its box in 20 seconds, then hand off to the next player.
- With 4 or fewer players everyone draws twice; only the finisher (who draws last) knows the full scene.
- Watch the TV reveal the whole scene assembled, with confetti.

How is Doodle Chain played?
The game secretly picks a scene and players build it one at a time. On your turn you're told just your own part — a building, a road, the sky — and get 20 seconds to draw it on the shared canvas before the next player takes over. Nobody knows the full picture until the TV reveals the finished scene together.
Does everyone draw at the same time?
No — it's turn-based. One player draws for 20 seconds (or until they tap Done), then it passes to the next player. With four or fewer players everyone gets two turns so the scene fills out.
Does everyone know what the scene is?
No — that's the twist. Each player is only told their own part while drawing. Just one player, the finisher (who draws last), is let in on the scene so they can draw the main element and pull it all together.
How many players can play Doodle Chain?
3 to 8. With 4 or fewer, everyone draws twice; with more, once each. Ink is white so it pops on the TV.
