Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OTT Games at ottgames.app (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
OTT Games provides party games played on a TV or browser as the shared screen, with phones as controllers. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
Players don't need an account — you just join a room with a code and a display name. Some restricted areas (the admin dashboards) require signing in with an authorised Google account. You're responsible for activity that happens through your device.
3. Acceptable use
When using OTT Games — including the display names, reactions, comments, and feedback you submit — you agree not to:
- post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, or infringes others' rights;
- impersonate others or submit someone else's personal information;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, cheat, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- scrape, or use automated means to flood, the Service; or
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
We may remove content or block access that violates these terms. In‑game text is shown on a shared screen — keep it room‑friendly.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the names, messages, and feedback you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, display, and use Your Content to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing your reaction on the TV, or reading your feedback). Feedback you send may be used to improve the games without obligation to you.
5. AI‑generated content
Some game content (questions, prompts, words, images) is generated with AI and curated before use. It is provided for entertainment, may occasionally be inaccurate, and should not be relied upon as fact.
6. Advertising
The Service is ad‑supported and may show short ad breaks between rounds. Ads are delivered by third‑party networks subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Intellectual property
The OTT Games name, logo, software, and the look and feel of the Service are owned by OTT Games and protected by applicable laws. Except for Your Content, you may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTT Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes & termination
We may modify these terms or the Service at any time; continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or restrict access for conduct that violates these terms.
