About Hive Mind
Hive Mind is all about thinking like everyone else. Each round a simple prompt appears on the TV — 'name a pizza topping', 'a superhero' — and everyone secretly answers on their phone. You score by matching the biggest group, so being clever or unique gets you nothing. The twist: if you're the only one with a unique answer you take the 🐑 Black Sheep, and whoever holds it at the end can't win. Highest score that isn't the Black Sheep takes it.
How to play
- Open Hive Mind on the TV and join by code (3 to 12 players).
- Read the prompt and answer on your phone — secretly.
- Match the most popular answer to score a point.
- Avoid being the odd one out, or you'll take the Black Sheep.

How do you win Hive Mind?
Score the most points by matching the biggest group each round — but you can't win if you're holding the Black Sheep at the end, so don't be the odd one out on the final rounds.
What is the Black Sheep?
If you're the only player to give a particular answer in a round, you take the 🐑 Black Sheep token. It passes around, and whoever holds it when the game ends is barred from first place.
How many players can play Hive Mind?
3 to 12 — the more people, the more fun the 'guess what everyone else said' becomes.
