About Rocket Rush
Rocket Rush is a free-flight dodge-and-dash race. Steer your rocket in any direction from your phone — up, down, forward and back — and hit BOOST to surge ahead. The ship carries momentum, so you thread the gaps in the asteroid walls, weave around floating rocks, and scoop up stars for an instant speed kick; clip an obstacle and you'll spin out for a moment. Race solo to beat the course, or pile in with up to 8 rockets — each a different colour — and the first across the finish line wins.
How to play
- Open Rocket Rush on the TV and join by code (play solo or up to 8).
- Steer with the up / down / forward / back buttons on your phone.
- Thread the wall gaps and weave around the asteroids.
- Hit BOOST to surge ahead, grab stars, and reach the finish line first.
Rocket Rush — FAQ
How do you control your rocket?
Your phone has a direction pad — hold up, down, forward or back to fly that way, and the ship carries momentum. There's also a BOOST button to thrust forward faster when you want to pull ahead.
Can you play Rocket Rush solo?
Yes. With one player it's a time-trial against the course; with 2 to 8 it's a head-to-head race where each rocket has its own colour and the first to finish wins.
What do the stars do?
Each star you fly through gives an instant forward kick (and scores a point), so grabbing them is the difference between first and last.
